Drip
Use 3 TBSP (21 grams)of medium ground coffee for every 370 grams of water
French Press
Use 7 TBSP (49 grams) of course ground coffee for a 34 oz press. Pour 850 grams of water over the grounds. Steep for 4 minutes.
Use 3 TBSP (21 grams) of medium ground coffee for a 10 oz drink. Slowly pour 370 grams of hot water (just before the boil)over the grounds.
